COMATEC is at a crossroad facing client and market challenges in the existing structure. The development of the sector the organization is working in, is one of the fastest growing industries globally.

 

The known development did demand actions from COMATEC management to take the part of the growing regional markets in innovative new technologies in power generation & WtE technologies which fall part of the Strategic Objectives and Business Plans. 

 

An expansion plan was worked out horizontal in the other sectors & vertical in the same sector.

 

In the expansion plan the company strategy is coherently formulated in manageable actions throughout COMATEC’s various functions in order to facilitate contribution to the strategy.

There is a clear understanding in the organization of the fundamental elements of the needed business approach.

COMATEC Power Generation 

COMATEC GROUP LLC was established in 2017 in UAE.
Since inception of the company, we realized the high demand for power generation & WtE in the world.
After intensive study of the power sector, COMATEC took the decision to focus on BOT, BOOT, BOO, PPP schemes to develop soft sustainable power & WtE plants. 
Comprehensive Study of the power sector in some countries was conducted in 2016. 
After almost one year, COMATEC managed to reach the following agreements:
    • Developing a small Hydropower Plant of 2 MW capacity. 
    • Partnership Agreement of Hydropower Plant of 40 MW capacity.
    • Partnership Agreement of Hydropower plant of 157 MW capacity.  
    • Cooperation Agreements with a potential EPC contractor. 
    • Commitment for Finance of Equity (25%) of the total project value which is equal to USD 372 Million.
    • Partnership Agreement to develop BIOMASS Thermal Power Plant.
    • Negotiating partnering with sponsors to develop GTL “Gas to Liquid” Refinery in Canada. 
    • MOU is signed & Final Agreement is in the process to develop Wind Energy Plants in Brazil in.
    • Partnership Agreement is signed to develop Kinetic Power Plants “KPP” in Kurdistan of Iraq.
    • Partnering in a consortium to develop Wheat Silos in Palestine with KPP + WtE plants.
